We support the majority of Apple and Android devices released after 2018. As a general rule, if the device is able to support Apple or Android Pay, it will be able to support The Wifi Block
Does the Wifi Block need a battery?
No. The Wifi Block does not require batteries or any power source. This gives you the freedom to put your Wifi Block anywhere you would like.
How can I customize my Wifi Block?
By using our website designer, you can customize your Wifi Block including text, icon, and wood species. Please navigate to our designer to get started.
How do I mount my Wifi Block to the wall?
Included with your purchase will be two 3M adhesive strips that can be used to mount Wifi Block to a wall, cabinet, door, or any flat surface.
How do I set up Wifi Block in my home?
Wifi Block is very user-friendly and easy to use. An instruction sheet will be included with your purchase that will guide you through the set-up process.
How many times can I change my Wifi password while using Wifi Block?
Unlimited! You can change your password as many times as you would like while using Wifi Block.
Are there any security issues with using a Wifi Block?
There are no additional security issues with using a Wifi Block. Using a Wifi Block is more secure than the usual methods of writing down your wifi password and hiding it under a router or modem, or in a drawer to have to pull out when guests would like to connect. It increases security, as a Wifi Block enables you to choose a secure password more easily, and to change it more frequently while still enabling your guests to connect easily and securely.
What are the dimensions of the wifi block?
Each Wifi Block is handmade in the USA, so we cannot guarantee an exact size. Each one is crafted from a template measuring 3 inches wide by 5 inches high, however, so each Wifi Block will be roughly those dimensions.

The Wifi Block is handmade in the USA. We pride ourselves on personally making each and every Wifi Block by hand.
How soon after ordering will I receive my Wifi Block?
Since each Wifi Block is handmade to order, we typically ship out the order within one week of purchase. While shipping speed depends on the destination, you can expect to have your Wifi Block in about 2 weeks from purchase.
